Ariel Rider
Ariel Rider is one of the OG's in the high powered ebike sector. What drew OAPSIE to them was that they were the only ebike company promoting an in-house designed electric motor. Essentially they swapped out a lot of PVC parts for metal ones, improving durability. We could foresee tough riding even back then, so more endurance was a must.
Unagi Scooters
Just the right blend of affordability, power, portability, and durability. OAPSIE has over 125 miles on its e500, and counting. It fits great in the overhead compartment on an Amtrak train as carry-on luggage! The cool thing about Unagi is their rental plan, which includes great things like theft insurance and free repair. Very cool indeed. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!
Burning River Adventures
Burning River Adventures is one of the first companies to set up a canoe livery on the south flowing Upper Cuyahoga River (the other being Camp Hi in Hiram, OH). They know how to put on a good adventures. We have used them dozens of times for a day of fun on the river. They are first rate.

Unagi is cool because the scooters are cool. This baby comes in at 26 pounds. It is small enough and light enough to be carried on Amtrak as a checked bag. (We know because we did this on the Capitol Limited line from Cleveland). It's a great combo between looks, battery capacity, and speed. Look to Unagi for your scooter ownership needs!
