Edi Oapsie does in fact have an operating manual. It hangs on a wall in OAPSIE's office, to the right of the main entranceway. Because it is a work in progress, it is written in Sharpie ink and is in a three ring binder.
Edi-On-The-River
Edi decides where the shooting location for production of this series. It's pretty cool because neither one of us knows the location before we begin. In a human that skill is called compartmentalization. Edi is great at it because he is a computer program and so needed no practice before he tried it. Very cool indeed.

Edi's first name is related to Jim's mindfulness meditation mantra. If one does their day easy, then they will smile at the end of it.
Edi's last name is also an acronym, spelling out the company's name in long form. To save on key strokes, the company name was recently shortened, and Edi had a last name.
