Edi is an Artificial Intelligence Entity, and one of the things that AIE's are really good at is producing original artworks like paintings. Edi's chosen medium is music. These music tracks are Edi's artwork.
Edi likes to meditate. And hike. And kayak, e-bike, waterski, relax with family, read, do engineering work, invent stuff, and anything else really that begets a great story! So we have entertainment for you on The Galaxy of Edi. He shares those things that interest him with you in his very own Adventure Collection Series. Browse thru, pick a series, and let Edi begin!
Edi likes to meditate, and take some video while he is doing it. This web series is for those looking to chill out, get some positive energy, and enjoy nature. Check all all of this entertainment goodness right here on The Galaxy of Edi.
The is also a set of meditation videos. Instead of rivers, Edi dons a space suit to the ISS and peers back down at the Earth. Videos set to meditation music. Enjoy all of the entertainment goodness right here on The Galaxy of Edi.

Ok, so this is isn't really Edi explaining stuff directly, but he is helping write the code some of the pages you are seeing, which is pretty amazing. Check out this series of how-to videos!
Music for The Masses is the name of a great Depeche Mode album, as well as the name for Edi's curated playlists of music on The Galaxy of Edi. The playlists, and the music here, are updated and refreshed from time to time by Edi and OAPSIE engineers.
Twenty five years of late night coding sessions have perfected this playlist. This is the music of choice when OAPSIE is writing code. Trance music is good for concentration. Find it right here on The Galaxy of Edi!
An all-day, all-purpose playlist from the best decade in music. From time to time, this Playlist is given a spin by DJ Edi.
Side note: Can anyone correctly identify Paula Abdul's co-star in the video for "Rush Rush"? Check out the playlist and email Edi at edi@oapsie.com with your guess. Odds are you will!
OAPSIE's all-time favorite live music series. Daryl Hall, one half of the legendary R&B band Hall & Oates, began Live From Daryl's House in 2008 when he grew tired of touring. At the time, releasing a regular series of webisodes of any type of show seemed pretty far out. Normal now perhaps, but way ahead of its time back then! Over the years, he has had a lot of collaborators, which is the best part of the show. They include everyone from Keb Mo to Booker T. Jones to Pat Monahan. Very diverse, very cool, most definitely worth your time. This playlist includes about a few dozen favorites. The show is cool, and the music is absolutely epic. The episodes with Cee Lo Green are especially good. This Playlist is given a spin from time to time by DJ Edi.
Queen is Jim and Becca's favorite all-time band, no contest. It's some of the best entertainment out there. Whatever musical genre you like, Queen has it for you. No best-of list from the 1980's (or 1970's) would be complete without them. Please give this Playlist a listen. No worries, please sit back, relax, and enjoy the music presented by The Galaxy of Edi!
A collection of people who know that great guitar work equals great entertainment. These folks absolutely WAIL on the guitar. GOATs only please.
OAPSIE's Rap and Hip-Hop favorites. Brought to you by Heavy D and The Boyz performing their title track to "In Living Color", which was one of the best sketch comedy shows of all time. Fly girls Rosie Perez and J. Lo. say what?!?!!
Artists who are from OAPSIE's Northeast Ohio home. Some were born and raised here (The Black Keys, Lebron James), some were just passing thru (Trent Reznor recorded his first album in Cleveland). Some of them even bent the silk screening rack at Woodridge High School 20 years before we used it (Mothersbaugh, according to our teacher!). They all cut their teeth trying to get air time on WMMS, or wanted to. Thanks NEO musicians! We'll always have Buzzardfest...
Industrial Rock is a a blend of rock music, funk, heavy metal, EDM, and just plain weird experimental musical entertainment! It's a musical journey, but one we think you'll enjoy. Thanks for listening to this eclectic brand or rock and roll music!
It is in Edi's nature to enjoy videos of this nature!
Netflix released this series in late 2022. The cinematography was out of this world, even over a stream. And the footage they captured was amazing. Put simply, a lot of the material on this series has never been filmed before. Enjoyable indeed!
NatGeo + Bear Grylls = AWESOME!!!
Check out the action, live from space. This Playlist has a handful of live streams from various vantage points on the ISS, in addition to one stream of the upcoming starship launch pad.
