Ophthalmic Surgical Planning Software
This was an international project managed and engineered . A gargantuan project, it involved hardware and software development with teams on three continents separated by a dozen or so time zones. The system was designed to accept live images of an ophthalmic medical procedure and determine the amount of structural stiffness change in the underlying tissue after a series of laser incisions are laid down. Modern FEA, CFD, Deep Learning, and HPC technologies were automated into the delivered solution.

Shipping Rig for Nuclear Reactor Installation
This project was an international behemoth of a project where OAPSIE performed PMP duties, as well as chief technical lead and analyst. This project involved design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a nuclear reactor in a ballistic missile submarine belonging to a US ally. There were design standards to oversee, computer simulations to run, several hundred workers to manage worldwide. I had oversaw fabrication. There were 2 governments and 2 militaries involved, along with reps from many shipping, trucking, and railroad companies. It involved logistics, engineering, fabrication, scheduling, budgeting, you name it. The shipping rig (shown here) was successfully tested and send to the customer recently.
